"Doctor! We're going to crash!"
"No we're not! Just keep pressing that button!"
Donna shrieked as the TARDIS catapulted through the vortex with alarming speed. The Doctor was frantically scampering around the console, his hair in his eyes and his bow tie askew.
"Doctor, what's going onOW! Oh for the love of all that is holy!" Donna bellowed, falling sideways onto the floor with a thunk.
"Donna? Donna!" The Doctor dropped beside her. "Sorry, I don't know what all that was about, but we've stopped."
"Yeah, I can feel that. My head's still throbbing." Donna sat up and winced. "Where are we?"
The Doctor shrugged. "Dunno. Somewhere."
"Oh, that's clever, that is. Did you figure that out on your own?"
He stuck out his tongue. "I'm not going to help you up with that kind of attitude, Miss Noble."
Donna grumbled and stuck out her hand. "Go on then."
He helped her to her feet with a grin. "Let's see what awaits outside, eh?"
"Probably some slimy monster set on digesting us," Donna sighed.
